Rewards
Earn 10% back in rewards on all ink and toner, case and ream paper, and Copy & Print Center services.
Special savings

No limit
There's no limit to how much you can earn in rewards - spend your rewards at Staples.
FREE delivery
Get FREE delivery on orders of $50 or more, excluding custom products. 
Quarterly rewards
We will mail a quarterly reward as long as you've earned at least $10 in rewards in the quarter. An example would be: you spend $100 in qualifying purchases; you receive 10% back in rewards. This means you receive $10 back in Staples Rewards. Staples Rewards balances under $10 will expire at the end of each quarter during the calendar year.

Typical examples might be :
  • You purchase $110 of case paper;
    This is $110 of qualifying purchases @ 10% back in rewards = $11 in Staples Rewards

  • You purchase $50 of case paper Plus $70 of Copy & Print Center services;
    This is $120 of qualifying purchases @ 10% back in rewards = $12 in Staples Rewards

  • You purchase $50 of ink Plus $50 of Copy & Print Center Services Plus $40 of case paper;
    This is $140 of qualifying purchases @ 10% back in rewards = $14 in Staples Rewards

    Staples Rewards are mailed within 30 days after the end of the calendar quarter, and you have until the last day of the calendar quarter to redeem your issued rewards. Staples Rewards must be spent at any Staples store, Staples.com or by phone at 1-800-333-3330 by the expiration date printed on your Staples Rewards.
Ink Recycling
You can recycle ANY ink cartridge - no matter which brand! This includes Brother®, Epson® and Canon ink or toner cartridges, up to 10 per calendar month per customer and receive $3 back in Staples Rewards per cartridge. Limit one Staples Rewards account per address. We will recycle additional cartridges but rewards will only be issued for 10 per calendar month per customer. Your ink recycling reward will arrive each month, separately from your standard Staples Rewards statement.

Premier status
Get automatically upgraded to Premier status when you spend $1,000 or more on virtually anything at Staples in a calendar year.

You'll earn 10% back on the following purchases: all ink and toner used for printers, ink and toner used in copiers and all-in-one machines, case and ream paper, and all Copy & Print Center services.


Taxes, delivery charges, coupons and gift cards do not count towards earning rewards or meeting the Premier status. Qualifying purchase amount will reflect the sale amount after coupon redemption. Only purchases made at Staples stores, Staples.com and 1-800-333-3330 count toward earning rewards and Premier status. Purchases on supplies products manufactured by Hewlett Packard are excluded. Upon redemption, no cash/credit back. Staples is not liable for unclaimed or expired rewards.

The Staples Rewards program is not available to Staples National Advantage® or Staples Business Advantage® customers. Staples Rewards cannot be combined with any other reward program, including Staples Teacher Rewardssm or Staples Associate Rewardssm. This program is available to Staples customers in the U.S. only and only on purchases made in the U.S. Staples reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
